I believe that there are many aspects which make up the self. As a plant lover, fly fisherman and part time Knight, I welcome passionate interests and hobbies into the therapy space.
My background as an artist and performer is what makes me passionate about working with other artists and creatives. I believe that our lives are our greatest work of art, and I would be honored to join you in the creative process.

In-Person Therapy
Individual sessions conducted in a well appointed therapy office in the Mid-Wilshire/Miracle Mile area. Pricing and duration depend on the number of people in treatment.

Walk and Talk
I happily offer Walk and Talk Therapy for some of my sessions. This involves hiking or walking in natural settings, while still tackling life’s problems. Walk and Talk Therapy is only available for individual clients. It is not offered for every session and is weather dependent.

Therapeutic Horticulture
Sometimes we need to do more than talk in therapy. Evidence shows that time in nature and engaging with plants can have positive effects on our parasympathetic nervous system, allowing us to relax and more easily engage in mindfulness. If you would like to try therapeutic horticulture during your sessions, please inquire!

Teletherapy
Teletherapy is available for all clients who are residing in California during treatment. Sessions take place over a HIPPA compliant Zoom and are billed at the same rate as in-person sessions. Teletherapy appointments are available when appropriate.

Offering in-person and remote options
The Los Angeles based therapy office is conveniently located in Mid-Wilshire/Miracle Mile area. Can’t make it into the office? No worries – we can hold teletherapy sessions as long as you’re in the state of California.
